In today’s video we take a look at 15 sources of protein which come from a plant based sources. These foods are ideal for vegetarians and vegans who may need to supplement protein into their diet. It is extremely important to keep nourishing the body with a variety of foods as the vitamins and minerals they contain strengthen and heal the body at the cellular level. Unfortunately fruit is very low in protein but small amounts can consumed. Aim for 20-30g of protein per meal for the right balance.
