With deep sorrow, I announce the loss of my beloved brother, Amir Hassan Amiri, who passed away on April 10, 2023 at the age of 76. He leaves a void in our hearts that no one can fill.

Amir was a quiet and reflective person who possessed vast knowledge and had a passionate interest in culture. His enthusiasm for learning and his love for art and literature inspired us all.

He was not only a brother, but also a loving husband, father, uncle, and friend, always ready to support us in good times and bad. His wisdom and understanding will always be remembered.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at the mortuary chapel in the Sievering cemetery. Nottebohmstraße 51, 1190 Vienna.

Instead of flowers, we kindly ask for donations to “Kanun-e Avaye Yari” for needy women and children in Iran or any other organization of your choice.

The donation box of Kanune Avaye Yari will be available on site for you to contribute.

In our thoughts and prayers, we hold our beloved Amir in loving memory and thank him for the unforgettable moments he has given us.

با قلبی آکنده از حزن و اندوه، از دست دادن برادر عزیزم، امیر حسن امیری را به اطلاع دوستان و آشنایان میرسانم , امیر حسن عزیزمان در تاریخ ۱۰ آوریل ۲۰۲۳ در سن ۷۶ سالگی چشم از جهان فرو بست .جای او همیشه در قلب هایمان خالی خواهد ماند.

مراسم خاکسپاری امیر عزیز در روز چهارشنبه ۲۶ آوریل ۲۰۲۳ ساعت ۱۳:۰۰ در سالن تشییع جنازه آرامستان Sievering در منطقه ۱۹ وین برگزار میشود
