How To Make Spanish Meatballs

1kg beef mince
1 brown onion, finely diced
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tsp salt
2 tsp sweet paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 egg
2-3 tbsp oil
1 cup red wine
2 cans crushed tomatoes (2*400g)
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1/2 cup chicken stock
3 bay leaves

Serve with risoni, rice, salad etc or on its own.
Garnish with parsley
