For crumbs:
All-purpose Flour – 300 g
Unsalted Butter – 200 g
Sugar – 150 g
Salt – ½ tsp

Oven – 180 C / 356F
Time – 15-20 minutes

Lemon cream (Kurd)
Sugar – 200 g
Corn starch – 70 g
Lemon juice – 180 ml (3-4 lemons)
Yolk – 4 PCs
Zest of – 3 lemons
Water – 240 ml
Unsalted Butter – 60 g

Oven – 160 C / 320 F
Time – 30 min

Whipping Cream – 100 g
Powdered sugar – 1 tbsp
