Here it is – my ultimate guide to staying motivated to exercise for physical weight loss and mental stress relief. So many of you have been DMing me on Instagram asking me to make this video on how I stay motivated to run, workout, eat healthy… so here are my life hacks to help you stick to your new year’s resolutions, your diet, your workout goals, your running plan, your dream healthy lifestyle. Being a freelancer, I really need to make sure my mind is as healthy as can be to ensure I am always feeling emotionally strong, self-motivated and positive to deal with high stress and long hours. I have no team in the office to encourage me and I live alone so the temptation to be lazy and skip a workout is hard to resist, but over the years of living in different countries and climates, I’ve found these little lifestyle habits keep me disciplined, healthy and fit in around my crazy workload.
